Our March 27th show is our official (and infamous) April Fools Show. This special performance might not be repeated (we got kinda got in trouble last time), and definitely not before next April Fools. Transvestite Soup will actually be going with its regularly scheduled show, but with crazy unpredictable twists courtesy of our dear friend Mad Man Mike from the New York Cast. He's a video editor by trade, and you will not see his version of Rocky anywhere else outside of the NYC Cast! No one but him knows what's going up on screen; *we* won't even be looking at it ahead of time!
Last time he allowed us to share in the NYC Cast's April Fools show, two years and as many theaters ago, it was an *immense* hit. Don't miss this unique show!
Not an April Fools joke, but Transvestite Soup is looking to participate in the Pride Festival this year. Look for announcements at the show for more information or for ways you can help! 0 comments

What: "Antici...Pation, A Rocky Horror Picture Show Party"
When: Thu, January 21, 2010, 9pm - Fri, January 22, 2010, 2am
Where: LeFemme Show Lounge at Gay 90's, 408 Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis, MN
Tickets are on sale for this event, cover charge for the bar is not included in the price of the tickets. Tickets are $10.00 to the event. Male Dancers (yes, tipping is allowed) will be there from 9pm to 10:30pm dressed in the yummy and delicious gold Rocky Shorts. At 10:30pm will be the movie with "Transvetite Soup" re-enacting the movie as it plays. Audience participation is highly encouraged. Bring your own props for the movie. Drinks specials are $1.00 domestic beer and $1.00 bar rail drinks. Dress for the event in Rocky Horror Costume, Camp Drag, or any drag you wish, or come as you are. This event runs from 9:00pm until 2:00am. This is a benefit for Open Arms of Minnesota Twin City Meals Fund. Email webmaster@impcourtmn.com for more information or for tickets. This just in from our theater via our Cast Director Di:
Out of at least 8 other Rocky runs on the Landmark Theatre chain nation wide, we came in second just barely behind the Tivoli theatre in St. Louis. Our attendance for Friday was 472 and for Saturday was 463. It was noted that our gross was one among the highest ever in Landmark's midnight movie history.
Thank you thank you thank you to everyone who made out opening weekend such a huge success! You made our theater very happy, which means we're as well set-up as possible to have a long run here. If you haven't made it yet, we hope to see you soon!
Our next show will be Saturday November 28th at midnight!!

We are SO FUCKING EXCITED for our show tonight! It's been sooo long since we've performed, and we're simply aching to show you how much we've missed you all.
