Hello Beautiful Freaks!
After nearly 10 years, the Riverview Theater has decided to show other midnight movies besides Rocky Horror. This theater has been wonderful to us, and we are grateful for having had such a long run there. We are sad to go, but there are no hard feelings. We are in discussion with several theaters, and hope to have a new home soon!
Our last show will be a "Farewell to Rocky" Prom, on April 5th. It will be the best show we can possibly give you. We'll have at least one preshow number, and you'll get to see *every* cast member perform at least a section of the show. Formal Dress is to be optional, but *strongly* encouraged. We'd like to go out classy, so that the next theater will think we're all Swell Folks. :) And it's a great way to thank the Riverview for giving us misfits and weirdos a home for so long.
Keep checking back here for updates, or email someone at the website to get on the news list. Rocky Horror will always have a home in Minneapolis if Transvestite Soup, and our audience, keep it alive.
Please spread the word so we can go out with a huge audience, and bring as many folks along to our new home as possible. Thanks for coming to our shows, we love you, and see you soon! Never good bye... only ciao!
